Healing Outside of the therapy office

Healing doesn't stop when therapy ends.

The moments between sessions are where new patterns begin to take shape—whether you're practicing self-compassion, spending time in nature, or simply slowing down enough to reconnect with yourself. These photographs reflect moments where I felt an invitation to pause, breathe, and remember that healing from trauma, relationship anxiety, and life's challenges can happen in everyday moments.
