A Compassionate Path to Well-Being
I offer sessions in-person at a cozy office in Kelowna, British Columbia or virtually for anyone across British Columbia.
I’m also licensed under the Alberta College of Social Workers to offer virtual sessions for Alberta residents.
Sessions are offered in 50-minute and 85-minute slots.
Session Types
Free Initial Consult
A free 15-minute consultation is a brief, no-pressure call to see if we’re a good fit. We will discuss what you’re looking for, ask questions, and you’ll get a sense of my approach. It’s also a chance to discuss your goals and next steps before booking a full session.
Individual Counselling
Available in-person or virtual, and in 50-minute or 85-minute time slots. This session offers a non-judgemental, confidential space to focus on what matters most to you. We’ll begin with a brief check-in, then explore your concerns, goals, or patterns at a pace that feels comfortable. Sessions are collaborative and tailored to your needs, with time at the end to reflect on and identify any helpful next steps before we meet again.
Couples Counselling
Available in-person or virtual, and in 50-minute or 85-minute time slots. This session provides a supportive space for you and your partner to explore challenges, improve communication, and strengthen your connection. We’ll discuss current concerns, patterns, and goals together. Sessions are collaborative and balanced, ensuring both partners feel heard, with time at the end to reflect and identify practical next steps.
ICBC Counselling
If you've been in a motor vehicle accident and have an open claim with ICBC, you may be eligible for ICBC-funded counselling sessions. These sessions are designed to support your emotional and mental well-being as you recover from the physical, psychological, or emotional impacts of the accident.
