How we can work together
If you’re stuck in cycles of doubt, struggling with self-worth, overwhelmed by the cycles of obsessions and compulsions, or carrying the weight of difficult relationship experiences - therapy can help.
Show up as you are - let go of people-pleasing, quieting your needs, and second-guessing yourself.
-
This is an opportunity for you to share what you’re looking for in therapy, ask questions about my approach, and see if it feels like a good fit. No pressure, no judgement.
-
In-person in Kelowna, BC + virtual sessions for clients in BC and Alberta.
Together, we can work toward understanding challenges, building coping strategies, and making meaningful changes at your own pace.
-
LGBTQIA+ friendly.
Before booking a full session, please book a consult (video or phone) to confirm we’re a good fit.
Couples counselling offers a space to explore patterns, communication, and unmet needs between you and your partner. Sessions can work to rebuild trust, deepen intimacy, create healthier conflict skills, or improve everyday communication.
-
As the title says, for Alberta residents only. I’m registered for E-Practice under the Alberta College of Social Workers, and happy to offer virtual sessions for Alberta residents.
